LX2 Boutique  is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

We ship Monday through Friday any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped on our very next business day. Shipping will take 2 to 10 days depending where you are located.

 

As always we strive for our customers satisfaction so we will always try our best to get your order to you ASAP, we do appreciate your patience!

For all Online orders placed for in store pick up placed before 3:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time (EST)) will be ready for pick up same day. Any online order placed for in store pick up after 3:00 pm (EST) will be ready on the next operating day. Once pick up order notification is sent for order to be picked up you have 48 hours until your return time is started! Thank you for understanding as we will hold orders but if picked up after 7 days your order will not be eligible for return or exchange outside of the 7 day return/exchange policy !  

LX2 Boutique is not responsible for LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED.
