We thrive for your satisfaction so we will gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached, with no sign of wear, alterations, or odor. Any item(s) that has been worn and/or altered we will not accept. Unfortunately we do not do refunds on any order. After receiving the items you have up to 7 days to return your item(s). There will be a no exchange/refund on (SWIM WEAR OR INTIMATE APPAREL such as underwear etc.) Thank you for shopping with us!
